Antique Binirayan Festival 2012 Schedule of Activities

The Binirayan Festival 2012 of the Province of Antique will be officially launched this December 17, 2012. This year’s theme is “Weaving the Antiqueño Identity” aims to highlight Antiqueño’s uniqueness in various field such as tourism, food, products, and culture.

During our Photo Ride with the DPI Group, I got a chance to visit the only preserved colonial church in Antique, the Anini-y Church. Antique had a lot of colonial churches built during the Spanish settlement but most of them were completely damaged and ruined by time. Anini-y Church was the only church that was preserved.
